Job Profile :
Min 5 years experience with a reputed national/or international company as Office Secretary or Office Administrator
Knowledge of industrial items.
Good computer skill and typing speed.
Independent correspondence.
Ability to meet challenges and work pressure.
Ability to control office staff.
Office Administration
Attending and answering telephone calls.
Attending business enquiries.
Preparation of quotation, proposals, purchase orders, etc.
General business correspondence.
Quotation/proposal follow-up.
Preparation of shipment.
Coordinate delivery of goods to customers.
Reporting directly to General Manager
